Lowe Boats first introduced its Lowe pontoon boats in 1979, or around eight years after the company started. Their first lines of pontoon boats were the 20-, 24- and 28 feet Sunbird entry-level pontoons and Monaco upscale pontoons.
Twenty years later in 1999, Lowe further expanded its pontoon business by putting the Suncruiser, together with Roughneck and Sea Nymph, under its fold. The Suncruiser is now Lowe's banner brand for its pontoon boats.

Jamaica Series: Upscale and elegant island models, the Jamaica series includes standard luxury features like plush upholstery, comfortable chaise lounges with storage and roomy 8' 6" beam interiors. Each luxury model features a custom acrylic helm station complete with chrome bezel gauges, wood-grain tilt wheel with anti-feedback steering and fully-adjustable, luxury helm chair. Hydraulic steering is also available for added driver comfort. The boats also come with top of the line entertainment accessories such as a JBL digital AM/FM CD stereo with Sirius satellite access and four high-power coaxial speakers.
Trinidad Series: These deluxe pontoon models come with luscious color schemes, designer furniture groupings and unique floor plans. Suncruiser uses state-of-the-art technology to build its pontoon boats. Its technicians use computer aided design engineering technologies for the various stages in the pontoon building process.
